5. DOS Line AmenoKlean the Original?
The DOS AmenoKlean L’Originale line is an odor disintegrator specifically designed for floors and hard surfaces. Unlike conventional odor neutralizers, it doesn’t just mask unpleasant smells—it eliminates them thanks to its patented DOS formulation.

6. DOS Line Degreasers and Stain Removers?
What It Is: This product is based on the chemical foundation of DOS AmenoKlean L’Originale, but with enhanced degreasing and stain-removing properties. It integrates effective surfactants and hydrogen peroxide (oxygenated water) for localized disinfectant, fungicidal, and bleaching action.

8. How do I use the Original AmenoKlean DOS?
Dilute 3–4 caps of product in approximately 3 liters of water. Once the solution is ready, dampen a cloth or mop and apply it to the surface—no rinsing required.
Important: There’s no need to increase the amount of product. With AmenoKlean, "more product = more effectiveness" doesn’t apply. The formula is designed to work optimally at the recommended dosage.

Practical Tip:
Always use a new or thoroughly rinsed cloth to avoid unpleasant chemical reactions with residue from previous detergents.

For Pet Safety:
For surfaces that come into oral contact with animals (such as bowls or toys that may be licked), we recommend rinsing with drinking water or using AmenoZero, which is formulated for more frequent food-contact use.
9. How do I use AmenoKlean DOS Degreaser?
How to Use:

10. How do you use products from the Accessory Line (AmenoZero and AmeNanoTech)?
AmenoZero
Ideal for those with hypersensitivity (to fragrances, nickel, or phosphorus). Safe for use in washing machines, hand washing, and dishwashers.

For senior dogs or pets with dermatitis: AmenoZero is fragrance-free—dilute as instructed and test on a small area first. Consult a veterinarian if the skin is damaged or irritated.

11. Can I mix the products together or with other detergents?
Do not mix with other detergents or disinfectants (especially bleach or amines), as dangerous chemical reactions may occur. Use one product at a time and strictly follow the instructions on the label.
These formulas are specifically designed to interact and activate certain active ingredients. The balanced composition of these components serves a precise purpose. Mixing them with unintended substances voids AmenoPetGroup Srls’ ability to guarantee the product’s intended effectiveness and safety (regarding fumes or contact).
Any alteration of our products’ original formulations is the sole responsibility of the individual modifying the solution. AmenoPetGroup Srls accepts no liability for such alterations, even though the label provides emergency contact information for poison control centers in case of misuse or failure to follow warnings.
12. Why don't you use SLS / foaming soaps?
Foaming soaps (such as SLS) can disrupt the lipid barrier and irritate sensitive skin—both in humans and animals. That’s why we’ve minimized soap content and eliminated SLS entirely. Our active ingredients and formulation choices ensure effective hygiene without foam, making it gentle yet powerful.
13. Why don't you use quaternary ammonium salts (benzalkonium chloride)?
Quaternary ammonium compounds are highly effective, but under certain conditions, they can be more irritating to pets’ skin, especially when animals frequently rub against treated surfaces. In the DOS L’Originale formulation, we chose glutaraldehyde-based disinfection, which is designed to balance microbial efficacy with skin tolerance in households with pets.
It remains essential to follow recommended dosages and usage instructions, and to consult a veterinarian for specific cases.
14. OCS (Odor Control System): what is it and why is it useful?
Our system calibrates the presence of essence so that the scent is perceived by humans as pleasant but not overwhelming for pets: animals have a much more developed sense of smell, and excess fragrance can stress them. Thanks to OCS, the fragrance is perceived for about 45–60 minutes and then fades.
15. Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes: all chemical components used are of Italian origin and formulated with criteria of environmental respect and Cruelty-Free.

17. Are the products “eco-friendly”?
Yes: all the chemical components used are of Italian origin and formulated with environmentally friendly criteria. For specific details on biodegradability or environmental certifications, we can provide technical data sheets and SDSs upon justified request.
18. Are the products safe if the pet licks the treated surface?
We formulated our products with animals in mind first, then humans, but they are not food-grade formulations. If your pet occasionally licks a treated surface after it has dried completely, in most cases there will be no problems.
If your pet ingests, for any reason, a significant amount of the concentrated product or experiences vomiting, difficulty breathing, or irritation, contact your veterinarian or poison control center immediately, showing them the technical data sheet. In case of contact with eyes or accidental ingestion: rinse thoroughly with running water and consult a doctor.
Our SDS (safety data sheet) does not carry any risk of high toxicity because the product is chemically very mild for animal biology but extremely biocidal against bacteria, microbes, viruses, and parasitic organisms. From this, it can be deduced that AmenoKlean is not a toxic product, but it is always important to show the label to the Poison Control Center in case of an emergency.
Vomiting is one of those symptoms that indicates poor tolerability to some component and the body rejects it, so immediately contact the safety numbers listed on the label.
19. Why is AmenoKlean safe for pets and people?

21. Can I use the product on toys my dog ​​puts in his mouth?
For toys that your pet can access with its mouth, it's recommended to rinse thoroughly after treatment or use AmenoZero, which is formulated more gently for repeated contact.
22. Is the product recommended by veterinarians?
Yes: DOS AmenoKlean L’Originale is listed in the National Veterinary Formulary with the specifications mentioned and is also used in the veterinary context for its tolerability and inert principle, especially in cases of Atopic Dermatitis and Pyoderma tested in appropriate laboratories. In case of particular clinical conditions, the direct opinion of the attending veterinarian is always recommended.
23. What can I do to order in bulk and become a reseller?

25. Storage and shelf life?
Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources and direct light. The products do not have an expiration date, but it is good practice to use the product within a reasonable time to ensure all active ingredients are at maximum efficiency.
26. How to dispose of the product and container?
Follow the disposal instructions on the label. Generally speaking: empty and rinsed container -> separate waste collection (if indicated). For local requirements, contact your local waste management service. AmenoKlean also offers a "consumer initiative."
