AmenopetGroup Srls collects and processes the following personal data:
Identification data: name, surname, tax code (only if requested), unique AmenoKard code, email address, and any contact details.
Technical data: cookies, IP addresses, browsing data, information relating to website use.
Data relating to participation in promotions or marketing campaigns (e.g. Amenopet Card promotion).
3. Purpose of the processing
The personal data provided will be processed for the following purposes:
Registration on the Amenopet website and management of the reserved area.
Participation in the “AmenoKard” promotion:
registration of the unique card code;
check the validity of the code;
sending confirmation of entitlement to the free gift;
prevention of multiple or fraudulent uses.
Sending informative or promotional communications, with prior express consent (newsletters, offers, events).
Fulfillment of any legal or tax obligations that may arise from the management of the promotion.
Protection of the Owner's rights in the event of disputes or violations.
4. Legal basis for processing
Data processing is based on:
Consent of the interested party (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a, GDPR) for promotional or commercial purposes.
Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b GDPR) for registration and management of the AmenoKard promotion
Legal obligation (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c GDPR) for regulatory or tax compliance.
Legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f GDPR) for security and fraud prevention.
5. Processing methods
Data processing is carried out using electronic and manual tools, in compliance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and confidentiality.
Data is stored on secure servers, with access limited to authorized personnel.
6. Data retention
Personal data will be retained for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, and in any case:
for promotional purposes, until consent is revoked;
for the management of the AmenoKard, up to 12 months from the registration of the code, unless otherwise required by law;
for tax and administrative purposes, up to the terms established by law.
7. Communication and dissemination of data
Personal data will not be disclosed publicly.
They may be communicated to:
partner companies or consultants who collaborate with AmenopetGroup Srls in managing the site or promotions;
competent authorities, if required by law;
